Excerpt from “The Messengers”

You must believe in yourself at all times.  You must never lose faith that you are capable of doing anything in life you choose to do and you must always choose the highest.  It is not enough for you to choose that you must achieve excellence.  For you must believe in yourself enough to accomplish that which others cannot accomplish.

To believe in yourself, you must have courage that exceeds the need for the consideration of courage.  It must be a natural part of your life that avoids any need for decision-making based on whether you have courage to do that which you must.  This must be a belief beyond personal questioning, beyond personal doubt, to a point when it can no longer be considered courage but rather a way of life.  This shall be so, for you will believe in yourself.

You must have character that is beyond criticism and is a permanent part of yourself.  It is not imagined or pretended.  Every moment of your life must be naturally conducted with pride and dignity that cannot be confused with arrogance but recognized with respect. Your character must always contain compassion and concern for others. This concern will be genuine, for you will never lose sight of your background in trying to understand those you have difficulty in identifying with, for they are the majority of the world and the ones that need help the most. You must believe in yourself so that your character never bends, never compromises and is consistent. You must believe in your intellect that no task is beyond your ability to succeed. Your intellect is a gift that you shall not waste and shall not use to its greatest capacity.  You must have the patience and tolerance torealize that others will not always agree with or understand you. But rather than find fault, you shall try harder to reach them, for it shall become your responsibility to serve them.  This is your calling. You cannot question it. You must accept it.

Our Deepest Fear

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

—Written by Marianne Williamson for Nelson Mandela’s 1974 inaugural address

Divine Appointment

“I haven’t forgotten…
I have a divine appointment…
It can’t be broken…
It can’t be missed…
it can’t be denied…
It can only be covered with illusions…
that obscure the light…
Now it’s revealed…
a place I find always…
in the home within the field…
an inner life that grows every time…
I just re-mind that it’s healed….
I’m here…
and again it is there…
becoming something intimate…
to me the world cannot compare…
Here and now are stronger…
in a bond beyond belief…
within a voice is fonder…
sending words to my relief…
To heal my wounds…
a purification complete….
No other appointment needed…
this divine soul to meet…
Brought down…to earth…
my garb was neatly fitted…
It spoke of Spirit and the trust…
I’d deeply been committed…
To keep all divine appointments…
so many being listed…
and no longer could I fail…
in those that I assisted….
So this life became that knowledge…
a knowing so profound…
of one heart in us beating…
this message in the ground…
Of LOVE… the healer…
found within each child…
elder… daughter… brother… mother…
father of all appointments…
divine…”

Free to be You and Me Beloveds~~~

Terri Cole Whitaker is well known for saying “what you think of me is none of my business.” Think about this for a moment.

A lifelong journey for each of us, arriving at a place of “peace within” gained through surrender from a need to live up to others expectations. We choose to love ourselves first and to live from a place of joy and acceptance knowing everything is always in all ways, perfect and whole and exactly as it is meant to be. We all have quirks, so why not be ourselves? Besides, “everyone else is taken :)”

Someone has to be first in every situation to “go first, by being their authentic and transparent self.” By doing so we energetically give permission to others to do the same, honoring each individual as they manifest their magnificence into the world. We all benefit deeply from this gentle wave of acceptance and empowerment.

Beyond Behavior~~~time for looking in our mirror

As a small business and spiritual life coach, I often find myself working with individuals who have deeply established patterns and habits which continuously sabotage their, oftentimes, well thought out plans. These individuals feel or sense something isn’t quite right, but the fear of change along with the unknown, leaves them overwhelmed or unclear as to the next step to take.

Our defenses are indeed well honed behaviors which have served us well but “if we want what we have never had then we must do what we have never done.”
So as we move forward into the next phase of our lives, what behavior or habit are you being invited to surrender in order to manifest that which you truly desire in your life? Take the time to take an inventory of your life and bless all of it and then willingly release all that no longer serves you.

Ask, release, trust and have faith leaving the details to Creator and “acting as if”.

I find myself going back over the dreams this past week and the signs in answer to prayers. Even now I find myself in awe of the Cosmos and how Creator God, Eagle Spirit shows up in my life. There was a time when I simply wasn’t aware and didn’t know. I sense this is true for many individuals.

Recently, I read the daily affirmative prayer in the ” Science of the Mind monthly booklet” and I quote, “And all things, whatever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive.” Matthew 21:22. It goes on to say “Using affirmative prayer, treating yourself is one of the most important activities in which you can engage. When you treat yourself, you are lifting yourself into a high vibration of knowing that life is good. When this becomes a daily practice, you go from thinking you might receive that for which you are praying to knowing you will receive it.”

There is great peace in saying the prayer, the asking, and releasing it knowing it is assured. The important element of this process is letting go of the expectations of how the answer will appear. Letting go of the details and allowing ourselves to be truly amazed in the wonderful ways the Cosmos responds to us and rest assured Beloveds, our prayers are always answered. Our task is to ask, release, trust and have faith leaving the details to Creator and “acting as if.”

Namaste’, Trinity
